Monday night social bike ride
6:15 p.m. Roll out. F3 aka D9 Swell Riders leads a group that encourages all cyclists to come ride. Bailey Road Park; Meet in the parking lot by the basketball court. Distance/Speed: 15 miles; Social riding with fast group options; No drops.
Depending on how large a group there is, they can be divided into A, B, and C groups. All abilities are welcome – they ride and regroup so no one gets left behind. Post-ride, relax with a beer at D9 Brewing. D9 donates $1 for every beer to Bike MS, a fundraising initiative of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Pickleball Open Play
8:30-11:30 p.m. Cornelius Parks & Recreation and the Lake Norman Pickleball Association are now offering Pickleball Open Play at Robbins Park, 17738 West Catawba Ave. Players of all skill levels are welcome, participants are required to bring their own paddles. This is a free, drop-in program; No registration is required.
10 am – 4 pm. Reflections and Movements is an abstract exhibition by Junior Gomez, who uses color and brush stroke techniques to convey vibrancy and dimension. Free workout class 6-7 p.m. Check in begins at 5:45 p.m. Workout classes by different studios and trainers. Don’t forget your mat. Wednesday: Birkdale Buds, cycling, open mic
10:30 a.m. – Noon. Bring your preschool-aged child for playtime at the Grove. Weekly activities may include face painters, storytellers, magicians, arts and crafts. Crafts and activities will be available while supplies last. Bring a blanket to sit on. for free. Grove from Kilwin in Birkdale Village, Huntersville.
Wednesday night bike ride
6 p.m. See you in front Enthusiast Cyclists Bike Shop, 610 Jetton St, Davidson, in Harris Teeter parking lot. Distance/Speed: 16 miles; Moderate 16-18 mph. While this is a no-drop ride and open to anyone on a road bike, it is not a beginner ride and the average group speed is 17mph. The terrain is rolling and we will regroup a few times throughout the ride.
6 p.m. The Cornelius Cycling Club meets and rolls out from the Lost World Brewery for a 22+ mile ride. Groups of riders are organized by speed. Lost Worlds Brewing, 19700-D One Norman Blvd., Cornelius.
